Welcome to The Riddiough Group (TRG)!

I have been involved with franchising since 1984. Throughout the past 28 years, I have been blessed with the talent to market and sell a wide variety of franchises…small ones, medium ones, and large ones.  I have made a lot of money for several companies and enjoy a positive, honest, productive reputation among my past employers and clients. I look forward to continuing to help new clients make even more money and build bigger companies.

The market for franchises domestically and foreign has changed BIG TIME since 1984. While franchising in general has enjoyed tremendous growth, today’s market requires outstanding sales and marketing skills…perhaps more than anytime in the franchise industry’s history.

I have been fortunate to build many lasting relationships with a wide variety of successful franchise executives, salespeople, marketers, and corporate officers. Today, many of these folks are friends and colleagues representing a wide array of disciplines. Fortunately several of these colleagues have agreed to join the TRG team of outstanding consulting executives. They are all very good at what they do.

I personally have “kept up” with trends in consumer buying patterns, politics, business management, sales, demographic analyses, communication avenues, marketing strategies/tactics, and other factors that affect the public’s ability and willingness to invest in a given franchise.

I see a lot of companies wasting a lot of money trying to find their next franchise owner. It’s a shame.

As we all know, a franchise is not a franchise is not a franchise is not a franchise, etc. And, today, so do consumers. It is my job to be able to apply my team’s knowledge and experience to help a given company grow at the franchise level. We do this very well.

As you can see from my resume, I have enjoyed two wonderful careers, i.e. one in health care and one in franchising. Both careers have been exceedingly good to me, and both have given me tremendous insights into personal behaviors that can be translated into effective franchise sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
